Tenting - In the Garden

Ongoing preparations continue for our wagon train adventure! Departure day is looming on the horizon, and we are planning and packing and organizing and preparing and anticipating and wondering. This past week our gardens have been the location for tent setup to confirm that they are indeed waterproof, that we have all the necessary pieces, and that the tents can be setup swiftly. There will be 4 of these tents moved from location to location as the team of horses pulls the wagon clippity clop across the prairie of North Dakota. These will be our luxury sleeping quarters for a week. If you think about it, it's simply a bed and breakfast setup. Right? The thoughts of a hearty campfire breakfast might be what gets us (me) thru the night.

My idea of camping is the Hampton Inn in Mechanicsburg!

P.S. Have a great time! I'll be thinking of you having that breakfast. I think that would get me through the night also.

You'll have a great time on your adventure! It's a beautiful state! Friends who've moved to Oregon tell us they miss North Dakota very much. I know you'll have a wonderful and relaxing time. Your new tents look awesome!
