Marj orders a double smoked ham from the coal regions of PA. It's the best! Brother-in-law Phil, with the willing assistance of the two youngest in the family, studs it with cloves. It has become an annual ritual. Dandelion Salad, Steamed Asparagus, Baked Potatoes (sweet or white), Ham and Bunny Cake. Simply delicious. But oh,
An informative sampling focused on herbs and tea with an occasional sprinkling of fairy dust and a glimpse into family activities too. The contributions to this blog is the combined effort created by the sisters of The Rosemary House and Sweet Remembrances.

Hello from NEPA!!
In the Wilkes Barre Scranton area, Kielbasi and nut and poppy rolls are big along with ham for those of Polish descent like myself. And the Italian community is noted for their Easter pizza made from eggs, ham and cheese.
Happy Easter to you and your family!!
Hugs,
Debbie
