Leaf Test ~ Answer Key!
Left to Right we have Catnip, Lemon Balm and Spearmint.
I would LOVE your help identifying a mint I found outside my planter box. Long story short is I have had a ton of varieties of the years and most are gone, but today I smelled something minty when working on an area to replant and found a mint, or catnip I just can't figure out which one it is. If I could send a photo or post a link, please let me know and I'd be so grateful.
Thank you for visiting Rosemary's Sampler! We enjoy reading your comments and appreciate the time you take to convey your thoughts with us! We're happy to know you share our love of herbs and tea. Rosemary
I nailed it!! And that makes me speechless!! LOL
ReplyDeleteWell I guessed catnip and mint, but not in the right order. Totally forgot Lemon Balm, but yes I can see it now. Oh the wonderful fragrances here.
ReplyDeleteNow I really should have recognized the more rounded leaf of the spearmint, since I dearly love it in my iced tea!
ReplyDeleteTwo out of three! Catnip caught me up!
ReplyDeleteI need to go back to garden school! But it was fun!
ReplyDeleteGarden school? Where did you go for that course my love??
DeleteI guessed the lemon balm and the spearment but did not recognize the first one as catnip. Your quiz was a real brain teaser.
