Fairy Houses Everywhere! The other night a group of 17 inspired architects (young and old) created fairy houses, lean-tos or resting areas.
Baskets formed the foundation but bark, sticks, twigs, pine cones and plants framed out the house.
Sparkly accessories where added to glimmer and glint in the sun and to catch the fairies eye as they travel by.
Copper signs were added that said "Gnome Sweet Gnome" or "Unicorn Crossing" or "Tea Tea" or simply the classic "Welcome".
Benches in place, comfy moss added, colorful flowers, the welcome mat is out. New real estate for the fairies.

I would love playing here and making fairy houses. How totally whimsical and fun.

ReplyDeleteI also enjoyed your post on your sister's place in Jim Thorpe. I am only an hour away from Jim Thorpe but have not been there in several years. Since I am off for the first 2 weeks of Oct. this year, i hope to visit there....
