Tea Time Giveaway!

Remember the series of blog posts featuring tea infused recipes that were served at the July meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Tea Business Association?  This covered dish tea luncheon featured such items as ginger and green tea bread and chocolate mint mousse.   We are happy to be able to offer a free copy of this recipe booklet as a blog giveaway.  Please leave a comment on this post between now and Sunday at midnight. Let us know if you've ever prepared anything using tea leaves or brewed tea, or what might be your favorite recipe steeped in tea.  Be certain we have a means of contacting you if you are selected as the winner. We'll announce the winner on Monday, October 22nd.

This booklet is also available for purchase at The Rosemary House.  If you are interested in a copy, please contact Nancy for purchase and mailing details.

  2. This book looks wonderful! I am very interested in being entered in your drawing.

Recently I enjoyed popcorn made by Stephanie --- which was dusted with smoky tea and nutritional yeast. It was delicious!

  5. I would love to win this collection of recipes. Enhancing recipes with tea is such fun. I keep a dedicated pepper grinder filled with Lapsang souchong tea leaves to use as a garnish for egg salad sandwiches as well as to add to other foods. The coarsely ground tea adds texture and flavor and is also a nice garnish.

  7. The book looks like it would be a fun one to have. About the only cooking with tea I have done is a rub on pork roast.

  8. What a wonderful book! Please enter my name in your giveaway. I have used Jasmine organic green tea to make Jasmine Sorbet, and also Jasmine Tea Syrup to pour over green fruits [kiwi, green grapes and honeydew melon]. Yummy!

  9. Oh, please enter me! One of my favorite tea-infused recipes is a chili recipe made with Lapsang Souchong, which I otherwise detest! (And I also like the Spiced Apple-Pecan muffins I made over the weekend with teabags used as spices. I think it's hard to go wrong tossing contents of a teabag or two into a muffin recipe!)
