This is a quick and easy dip to serve with fresh fruit. It would also be quite suitable to serve with scones.
Marshmallow Cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small jar marshmallow
1 tsp. orange peel, fresh
Combine cream cheese and marshmallow until creamy and smooth. Gently fold in the freshly zested orange peel. Chill. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit.
This sounds delicious and like it would "hold up" well if prepared ahead of time. Creamy, sweet, and citrus --- you can't get better than that!
