Sharing children's tea sets, this little Toy Tea Set Made in Japan states it is specifically for an 8" doll. Although the forks were tucked inside this old treasure, I'm not sure they originally came with the set as they are quite out of proportion to the teapot and cups. It's a colorful little set simply waiting for an 8" doll to prepare the tea.
What a darling little tea set! I may be looking for one of those soon. :-)
