Excited to try the recipe, I finally found some extra time.... and let me tell you, they are yummy! And, personally, although I am not a true fan of Earl Grey Tea, the combination of the infused cupcakes lavishly topped with a whipped cream mascarpone frosting, well, I could become a devout fan of these! If you would like a copy of the recipe, be sure to visit Steph's blog post here, and tell her I sent you! In the meantime, may I offer you a cup of tea and a cupcake? Earl Grey, of course.
An informative sampling focused on herbs and tea with an occasional sprinkling of fairy dust and a glimpse into family activities too. The contributions to this blog are the combined efforts of the sisters of The Rosemary House and Sweet Remembrances.

The mini Earl Grey cupcakes look delicious. That is a really pretty tea towel in the background.
ReplyDeleteI'm so, so happy that you enjoyed the recipe! I think it's a bit of heaven. And is that tea towel from our trip to London? Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteOh I saw that recipe with Steph, but because I am not an Earl Grey fan I didn't try it. Now I think I must. Thanks for the encouragement. And of course anything with marscarpone icing has got to be good.
ReplyDeleteI love Earl Grey tea and think I am going to have to make these. Great photos--thanks!
