Strawberry Butter

 We recently celebrated Super Scone Sunday in the tea room.  In addition to the sweet cream, lemon curd, and jelly, we featured Strawberry Butter as a topping for the variety of scones served.  It was sweet, pretty, and yummy!
Strawberry Butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1/4 c. strawberry fruit preserves
Combine all of the ingredients together and beat until fluffy.  Enjoy with over fresh scones!

  6. MMM ... LOVE Strawberry Butter, but have usually had it with popovers, not scones. Must try this ... and I love the pretty china you show today! I'm SO ready for spring!
