Since I don't eat chocolate any more gingerbread is one of my favorites and I just love the recipe from the bus trip years ago. Says Christmas every year. xxoo Nancy

I wish I could to! But I'm sipping Harney's Christmas tea, and that's a good substitute, but I'd rather have a cookie too! LOL!
