Tom Wajda, pictured here, and his wife Madeline, are the hosts for this fun event in rural PA. Their big beautiful farm house overlooks a field of lavender.

Lavender, shown drying, takes center stage at this event. For additional details and program schedule, visit their website.

love lavender festivals -- how I wish I were closer! Did spend time out in the garden today while our tour was going on -- making lavender wands.
I love lavender festivals too. We are going to one in Sequim, WA in a few weeks. We will take tea to enjoy at the picnic table at the farm.
