Marj orders a double smoked ham from the Pocono area of PA. It's the best! Brother-in-law Phil, with the willing assistance of the two youngest in the family, studs it with cloves. It has become an annual ritual. Dandelion Salad, Steamed Asparagus, Baked Potatoes (sweet or white), Ham and Bunny Cake. Simply delicious. But oh,
what a ham!

In the Wilkes Barre Scranton area, Kielbasi and nut and poppy rolls are big along with ham for those of Polish descent like myself. And the Italian community is noted for their Easter pizza made from eggs, ham and cheese.
