The fresh orange flavor comes through in this light and refreshing dressing
that really makes spring salad greens sing.

1/3 C freshly squeezed orange juice
2 T finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

I was just online looking for a good citrus salad dressing for dinner and this one sounds just perfect. I even have some special oranges carried home from California. Tonight is the night for this recipe.
