Shown here is the way the tea room 'honored' the birthday girl. A little placard in a teapot holder was placed in front of the guest of honor, and at the end of the Queen's Tea, a chocolate cupcake presented on a petite pedestal, complete with glowing candle capped the celebration. Singing was kept to a minimum as the 12 year old in attendance announced she was 'not going to sing here'.
An informative sampling focused on herbs and tea with an occasional sprinkling of fairy dust and a glimpse into family activities too. The contributions to this blog are the combined efforts of the sisters of The Rosemary House and Sweet Remembrances.

What a fun birthday celebration for my special tea friend! I can just hear that certain 12 year old now! :-) Looking forward to hearing about tea time.
Again, happy birthday to my birthday buddy! Look forward to seeing more!
