Finding Tea

Finding tea in a country rich with coffee is not that easy to do. The search for a tea room ended pretty quickly without any success. Costa Rica is a coffee growing country, exporting much of its crop. So we moved on to things like fresh fruit smoothies - watermelon was a popular choice!
These coffee cups were lined up at a café, ready to be filled.

Fuze Tea, a bottled tea, was found in the local supermarket. This global Coca-Cola product is a beverage that combines tea with fruit juice flavors boasting that it delivers a fresh, contemporary expression of tea

Fanta Soda was Cedar's vacation treat... and Angelica loved to sample the fruit smoothies.

This little kettle was part of the décor at a luncheon stop.

At most of the restaurants, we were served Lipton Tea. At our last stop, I enjoyed some Manza-Te, a Costa Rican superstore product. This was a Peach Tea, and the back of package said that Peach tea helps and aids digestion in addition to its exquisite flavor and aroma. So, it is possible to find tea in a coffee rich country!

Any tea works when you are that far from home. :-)

Good for you for being diligent in looking and finding Peach Tea. Sounds good. Fruit seems to be the story there even in the tea.
