Ginger Joy
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. crystallized ginger (optional)
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Serve as a dip using crackers or celery sticks.
