The tea specialist quickly went about brewing the selections in pristine white taster's cups, using the proper temperature and allowing the tea to steep for the required time. It's probably a good thing I don't live close by, or I'd be selecting a different tea to sample each day. Wonder how long it would take to go through their wide assortment of teas? Oh, but think of the fun!
An informative sampling focused on herbs and tea with an occasional sprinkling of fairy dust and a glimpse into family activities too. The contributions to this blog are the combined efforts of the sisters of The Rosemary House and Sweet Remembrances.

I can see it the two Nancys (you and me) at the table waiting for their tea. We would have fun! Thanks for giving me a place to go when my English friend comes this year. Hopefully, we will get to have tea with you. I'll e-mail you more later.
What fun this would be!
What fun!!
Oh, I would love to visit Harney & Sons, but it would be difficult to choose a special tea to take home.
How smart of them to offer to let you sample the teas! And like you, I'd probably want to visit every day if I lived nearby and try them all.
That would be fun to work our way through there teas. Good idea here!
