If you're interested in a copy of the original Emily Post etiquette book from back in the 1920s, there's a complete copy of it available online.
I'm sure Miss Post would not be amused by today's cell phone users. I was sitting in a waiting room this morning with a man who talked loudly into his cell for the entire 15 minutes we were waiting. Ask me anything about him and I can tell you details. Ick, ick, ick!
