SereniTea Wednesday

It's Wednesday, and time for Afternoon Tea at Sweet Remembrances!  Most Wednesdays, we serve Afternoon Tea (by advance reservation!).  A typical tea will begin with the tea selection.  You can select your tea from our extensive list of 40 plus teas.  Once you have your pot of hot tea, we begin the tea service which usually features a fresh garden salad with dressing.  After you have enjoyed your salad, we bring out the three tiered tea tray.  Every Wednesday is a different assortment of tea goodies!  Sandwiches, scones, fresh fruit, and desserts will fill the tea tray.

Sandwiches this week feature a chicken salad triangles, a roast beef and cheddar cheese spiral, ham salad with asparagus spears, and a chutney nut tea sandwich.  The scones are served fresh from the never (never frozen, never microwaved).  They include Traditional English Cream Scones and Cinnamon Chip Scones and are served with sweet cream and jelly and fresh fruit.

Dessert included a pecan pie, a cream filled chocolate cup cake, and raspberry tartlet in phyllo cups.
We love Wednesdays around here!

Looking at your Tea Time photos made me realize it's been along time since I've pampered myself to tea like this!

Your tray looks heavenly! :)

I would LOVE to come to your tea room on Wednesdays, Nancy! The presentation is beautiful, and I know the bounty of foods taste as good as they look. Happy 4th of July!

Yes, I would love Wednesday if I was nearby too. Oh yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Everything looks delicious. I am always impressed with how beautiful your scones look. It must be because you bake them fresh.
